Etna Fish House is our family’s restaurant in Andifli, Kaş, on Öztürk Street (next to Upper House Hotel), a few minutes on foot from the harbour square. There is no sea view at the tables; what we have is a quiet back street, tables out on it, and a kitchen that spends its money on fish rather than on the postcode.
